Using the Helpdesk Client

All the user actions that users perform on the self-service portal gets logged within the Audit event section of the Helpdesk Client. Audit events can give a Helpdesk Agent more context about the problem that a user might have encountered on the self-service portal. By clicking on the failed events in the list, more details are shown to the Helpdesk Agent.

By clicking on the details tab, this will give indication of a single problem that was encountered in the user action to alternatively guide the user or have the incident reported to the MyPass team.
