Assign a Helpdesk PIN
Helpdesk Pins are used in cases where end-users have forgotten their password before enrolling into the self-service portal. When a Helpdesk PIN is generated for an end-user, the end-user can enroll with this PIN instead of their current password for authentication.
Regular Helpdesk Agent access – Able to Assign and send a Helpdesk PIN (Sending secure information depends on the available contact information linked to the end-user account)
Elevated Helpdesk Supervisor access – Able to perform regular Helpdesk Agent tasks with the addition of viewing a Helpdesk PIN on-screen and providing it to an end-user over the phone.
