Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.
The process of integrating MyPass Cloud with an on-premise Active Directory requires a MyPass Gateway Server and some configuration to connect the MyPass Gateway to Active Directory. Both the MyPass Gateway Deployment Guide and the Active Directory Integration Guide will provide all the required detail.
A MyPass Gateway is installed by first verifying hardware & software requirements. This is followed by a process of deciding between an on-premise deployment or shared/dedicated cloud. A gateway deployment is either deployed on-premise or by allowing the MyPass platform with direct access to your user repository where network, firewall & security setup guides are to be followed. For a step-by-step guide, navigate to the Gateway Installation Document.
The MyPass Gateway is the core integration component that allows secure remote communications between the MyPass Password Manager and on-premise / cloud customer credential repositories.
MyPass customers are billed monthly, however these are subject to change according to our customer needs.
For Mypass Suite, prices are calculated through taking the following factors into consideration:
- Setup & configuration
- Subscription rates of services (Password Manager, Password Sync & IVM)
- SMS Notifications

The installation of MyPass Sync for SAP has the following main components:
- Install central software
- Configure MyPass to your special requirements
- Prepare SAP instances ( add MyPass SAP ABAP code)
- Distribute MyPass Interceptor to domain controllers
- Prepare user table – when user-id is different from AD to SAP.
Total time will often be less than 1 week for the first SAP instances.
