Welcome to the SAP Integration Guide

The SAP connector is used by the Password Manager Sync Server to:

Reset Passwords

Check Passwords

Change Passwords

This provides users with synchronized passwords or the ability to control their SAP password using Password Manager.

The communication between SAP and MyPass consists of the following parts:

  • The connector on the MyPass Server which is installed along with the Password Manager installation.
  • The SAP function module has to be installed (Please note that the SAP part is not connecting to SAP CUA (Central User Administration), it is running on all instances, bypassing the CUA)
  • Creating a Privileged account in SAP for use by FastPass

Regarding the version, the SAP connector will work on all SAP types running on Kernel 4.6E and newer
