Error message
When running through the MyPass Windows Client installation process, you might run into the message displayed below. When this message pops up, it’s important to note that you would have to run the installer from a command prompt with Administrative privileges.

Please follow these steps:
- Click on the start menu and
- In the search menu type cmd.exe
- Right click the cmd.exe and choose to “Run as Administrator.” (You might be prompted to give credentials and password)
- Place the command line where the MyPass Windows Client.msi is located.
