The MyPass Password Manager account refers to the symbolic MyPass Cloud account that directly corelates to the on-premises Active Directory account. This cloud account can get locked once an end-user provides the incorrect authentication data to the MyPass Self-Service portal .eg Security questions, OTP, MFA. This Unlock PM Account operation can be used to have the end-user cloud account unlocked with a push of a button. Once the Password Manager account gets locked, the unlock button will light up and grated out when the account is no longer locked.
