Unlock AD Account

When an end-user account is gets locked out within Active Directory trying to authenticate with the incorrect credentials on one of the company applications or workstations, this Unlock AD Account operation can be used to have the end-user account unlocked with a push of a button. The unlock button on this page will light up once the account is locked and grayed out when the account is no longer locked.
