Selecting a User

As soon as the Helpdesk Agent gathered a user ID from an end-user, this user ID can then be entered into the section as seen below. After entering the user-ID, an ad–hoc discovery is made to validate the accounts existence on the MyPass. When the end-user is successfully identified, the “View user details” page will be shown to the Helpdesk Agent.
