MyPass Cloud major update version 4.5.0.24155 includes many new features and fixes. Please note that the following applies to the Windows Client, Password Filter and Password Interceptor components. Major release updates to Server components will follow later.

Password Interceptor (4.5.0.23405 to 4.5.0.24155)​

Added/Fixed​

  • Added support for custom encryption.

Known Issues​

  • The Windows Service "FastPass Password Interceptor Service" needs to be running before the filter will be active. Please note that the Service Startup type may be set to Automatic (Delayed Start). It is recommended checking this after installation and setting it to Automatic.
  • It is not possible to expend the cache time beyond one hour in. If MyPass Cloud was not contactable within one hour the request is deleted.

Password Filter (4.0 to 4.5.0.23405)​

Added/Fixed​

  • Added support for running with LSA protection enabled (RUNASPPL)
  • Added FIPS support
  • Fixed issues where Password Filter might block and deny Password changes for DSRM passwords
  • Major speed performance improvements
